Kent Russell - Loudon High School
Officer Kent Russell is a native of Loudon and second-generation law enforcement officer.  Kent served as a military policeman in the US Army and as a Public Safety Officer with the Tennessee Valley Authority before returning home to the Loudon Police Department in 1995.


Kenny Ridings - Fort Loudon Middle School / Loudon Elementary School
SRO Kenny Ridings is a native of Loudon and second generation Loudon Police Officer. Kenny has been with LPD since 1986. He has worked in various capacities for the department. Currently he is a School Resource Officer at Ft. Loudon Middle School and Loudon Elementary School, where he teaches D.A.R. E. and is a child protective seat technician.
