Officers

Officer Bobby Lankford

Officer Bobby Lankford has served with the City of Loudon Police Department for many years and in many different capacities. Officer Lankford began his career as a volunteer reserve officer in 1994 and worked his way up to a part-time position and later promoted to a full-time position in 1997. Many of our full-time officers have gone through this same process by beginning as volunteer reserve officers.

Officer Lankford is currently on the Adam Squad working dayshift and serves as the dayshift Field Training Officer as he understands from his own experiences how important the training of new officers can be to the future of the City of Loudon Police Department and the community we serve.

Officer Lankford also acts as the departmentís lead firearms instructor, armory officer, and a sniper trained member of the Regional SWAT Team.
